Toolmaker's shop

In our modernly equipped toolmaker's shop, we produce all our tools, gauges and other operating material ourselves. This guarantees highest possible flexibility and short reaction times to your customers.

With modern CNC-controlled machining centers as well as with conventional machine tools, our toolmakers produce very complex and precise tools.

A short overview of our equipment:

• Machining centers with tool changer and CAM connecter
• conventional milling machines, partially with digital display
• lathes
• surface grinding machines with 600 x 300 mm
• sawing machine
• knee type milling machine for economical roughing down
• hardening and tempering furnance for thermal treatment
• EDM in preparation

With the CAD-CAM connecter of our milling machine, we are ensuring that the tools for manufacturing our articles are continually tied to the data which you make available to us. This will guarantee highest tool quality and will almost exclude errors.
