A large part of our customers is in the automotive sector. Here, we produce versatile wire, tube and stamped bent parts that are supplied to both automotive manufacturers and suppliers or system suppliers. These include various wire bending parts for seats (Isofix), exhaust systems, bodywork and convertible roofs. Currently, wires made of cold-formable steel, stainless steel, but also non-ferrous metals such as copper and aluminum with diameters of 1 - 24 mm are used. Complex assemblies with combinations of wire, tube or sheet metal are also included. Together with our customers, we positioned ourselves early in the areas of electro mobility, as well as alternative drives. In this context, we have also gained experience in the field of various surfaces treatments. We are able to meet the high quality requirements of the automotive industry with our practiced quality management and conscientious testing in production.
