For our customers we produce stamped parts up to forces of 40 t. We mainly use machines from Bihler, which can be designed with both a radial and a linear concept, so that punched parts with the most diverse requirements can be flexibly implemented. We use the most modern automatic punching and bending machines to produce high quality punched and bent parts, some of which require very tight tolerances. Various operations, such as deep drawing, can be carried out on the machines.

We can also punch or trim your flattened wire bent parts in the process. Examples of this would be elongated holes or lateral trimming for a straight edge.
